How it works

Four steps, and you approve the price

Step 01Register your watch

Bring your watch to Maastrichter Brugstraat 20 by appointment, or send it securely with insured shipping. Upon arrival, your watch is documented, photographed and prepared for inspection.

Step 02Inspection & estimate

We inspect the movement, case and overall condition of your watch before preparing a clear estimate. No work begins until you approve the proposed service.

Step 03Workshop process

Servicing, restoration, polishing, laser work and bracelet repairs are carried out in our own workshop by the watchmaker assigned to your timepiece.

Step 04Testing & return

Your watch undergoes final testing, including timing checks and water resistance testing where applicable. Once completed, it is ready for collection or insured return together with your service report.

Turnaround

Why a service takes weeks, not days.

Most of the waiting time is not spent on the bench, but in testing. After reassembly, every watch runs for several days while we monitor accuracy, power reserve and performance in different positions. This final stage ensures the watch leaves our workshop performing correctly, not just working on the day of collection.
