What we do

Two disciplines, one workshop

A watch is more than its movement. It is also the case that protects it and carries its story. Most workshops focus on one. We work on both entirely in-house.

The techniques we use

01

Polishing

Careful restoration of the watch's surfaces, removing scratches and signs of wear while preserving the original shapes, edges and finishing. The goal is to bring back the intended appearance without changing the character of the watch.Scratches and wear removed while the original shapes and edges are preserved.

02

Lapping

Precision finishing using specialised equipment to restore flat surfaces, sharp edges and defined transitions. This process is essential for maintaining the correct geometry and craftsmanship of a properly finished case.Flat surfaces and sharp edges restored to their correct factory geometry.

03

Laser welding

A precise way to rebuild missing material on worn or damaged areas. Material is added exactly where needed, allowing us to restore cases and components while keeping surrounding areas protected from unnecessary heat.Worn or damaged material rebuilt precisely where it's needed.

04

Bezel recutting

Restoring worn or damaged bezels by carefully reshaping the original profile. Material removal is kept to a minimum, bringing back the sharp lines, correct proportions and factory appearance.Worn bezels reshaped back to their original sharp profile.

05

Laser engraving

High-precision engraving for restoring original markings and details, or adding personal engravings. The process is carefully controlled to ensure surrounding surfaces remain untouched.Original markings restored, or personal engravings added, with pinpoint precision.

06

Bracelet repair

Bracelets are completely disassembled and restored. How a service runs

Quoted first, tested last

You'll know exactly what to expect before any work begins, and you'll always know where your watch is throughout the process.

Your watch is registered, photographed, and carefully inspected. We provide a quotation before any work begins. If you decide not to proceed, your watch is reassembled and returned.

Whether your watch requires movement servicing, polishing, laser welding, lapping, or bracelet restoration, every step is carried out in-house by the specialist assigned to your watch.

Before your watch leaves our workshop, it undergoes timing and quality checks, along with water resistance testing where applicable. Once approved, it is ready for collection in Maastricht or securely returned by insured shipping.

Extra watch care

Beyond the service itself, every watch is checked three ways.

Water resistance

Tested to the case's rated depth, with the result recorded on your report.

Movement timing

Rate, amplitude and beat error measured in several positions before sign-off.

Overall condition

Case, crystal, crown, bracelet and clasp inspected and documented, so nothing is missed.

Who works on it

Skilled watchmakers, working with original manufacturer parts.
